Policies and Terms

We offer the best in elite transport, our polices are the following:

NO ALCOHOLIC beverages are permitted in the limousine if anyone under the age of 21 is being transported
NO SMOKING is allowed in vehicles.
Any damages to the vehicles due to neglect (stains, spills, broken glasses, equipment damage..etc) will result in additional charges to a credit card - If vomiting occurs inside the vehicle a $200 fine will be imposed.
Cancellation must be made within 24hrs of the reservation date to avoid up to 100% of the intended booking charge.

To make your trip experience an easy and fast process make sure to have your correct information such as:

The correct information of pick-up and drop-off.
A major credit card.

Do you accept all major credit cards?

Yes we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex & Discover Card.

How does the pick-up work?

One of our professional chauffeurs will be standing at the pick-up locations 15 minutes prior to pick up time with signage. (If required, chauffeur will contact your cell phone).

What type of packages do you offer?

We cater to all sorts of clientele, our packages range from but are not limited too Birthdays, Proms, Bachelor/Bachelorette parties, corporate functions

Do you have special requests?

Yes, want a certain type of music?, want to surprise a loved one with a red rose and a bottle of champagne?...no request is to small or big..Just Ask!

What is the difference between a transfer and a charter?

A transfer is from point a to b in town, and a charter is on an hourly basis and all vehicles have a three hour minimum except for the buses they have a five hour minimum.
